The partners are, C Jones FCCA, D Marsh, S M Vaughan FCCA. The back up staff include other staff members competent in the areas of accounts preparation, VAT, PAYE and computerisation.

Chris Jones:- I was educated at Battersea Grammar and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. I have been a partner since 1989 having previously been the Financial Director of a PLC company which was listed on the stock exchange. Within the firm I have my own client base and I also deal with employment matters for our staff. I specialise in Company Audits, Pension Scheme Audits and have a detailed knowledge of SAGE. nnnnnn . 

Stephen Vaughan:- I was educated at Weston Park Boys School, Southampton
Trained with HWB, Chartered Accountants one of the largest independent
firms in the South. FCCA, qualified May 1994. I have been with DMJ for the past 3 years. I have a varied portfolio of clients from sub-contractors to 10 million turnover companies across a range of sectors including retailers, manufacturing
companies and financial services.

David Marsh:- Prior to forming the partnership with DMJ in 1983 I was a senior Inspector Of Taxes. I had been with the IR for 11 years and spent most of my time with the IR doing enquiry work. I now deal with a wide range of clients but I still enjoy the "cut and thrust" of an IR enquiry

The partners are qualified accountants (with considerable experience in practice and industry) and a former Inspector of Taxes. Every client is looked after personally by a partner, which will give you regular point of contact.
